PHIL DODD

 Phil Dodd is a lifelong Rutherford County resident and proud product of Rutherford County schools: Reeves-Rogers Elementary, Central Middle School, Oakland High School, and Middle Tennessee State University.

First elected to the County Commission in 2014, Phil brings a background in local business, community service, and nonprofit leadership, including serving as President of the Greenhouse Ministries Board of Directors, to every decision he makes.

His priorities are straightforward:

• Maintaining a balanced budget
• Delivering strong, high-quality schools
• Supporting public safety and first responders
• Managing responsible, sustainable growth
